Default clutch pedal will not bleed the lines

ok i have 92 lude with an h22a1 vtec i just rplaced the slave cylinder because it went bad after i got the slave cylinder on i went to go bleed the lines it didn't do anything i left the cap off over night and a hose on the bleed valve went i went out the next day it had takin what was left in the master cylinder and it had a tiny bit of pressure and the nothing i can't get any pressure out of it at all i was thinkin it might the master cylinder or maybe the pressure plate if anyones got any ideas please let me kno

this is why most people will recommend you to change both at the same time.

What is your method of bleeding?

the only thing i can do is pump the pedal,hold then release the bleed valve, repeat when i was pumpin the lines to today i did notice it had a lil pressure but then nothing so i don't kno

if u dont know how to bleed it just open the bleeder screw on the slave and keep the master cap off and watch it and keep it toped off and it will bleed itself or get a long piece of vac. hose put on the bleeder get a cup half full of brake fluid put the other end of the hose in the cup and just pump the pedal and keep the fluid toped off until the air is out.

^thats not the proper way to bleed a system....

the first time i bled my slave line it took FOREVER to finally start bleeding.....just take your time

k well thanks all ya'll i'm pretty sure i got it now i just had to wait for a lil bit of pressure in the line too build up over night lol so i knew i was doin it right just didn't relize thats all i had to do so tomorrow i'm goin to do the pump 10-15x's bleed, repeat so i'm hopin it works i'll let ya'll kno
