Man is it a bitch! I had to loosen the header to get it on, and then it didn't fit. I have to un bolt the header again now to make sure it is flush with the block (think I smell a little leakage).

Anyone else ever had a hard time installing it? Or am I the only weak bitch here.

 

If you don't install the bracket the same time as the header, I think it is a little tougher... Mine was tough to get, but a nice beefy screwdriver allowed me to pry the bracket into place. Once the first bolt was in, it was easy.

No problem here. Installed mine after my Toda header was already on.

 

I got it in, but yeah, it was a bitch.

whats the purpose of adding the header bracket? is it necessary? i've seen it for sale separately from the JDM 4-1...
