need some advice....
i recently picked up a 90 crx dx. it is completely stock right now. it has the same old d15 motor. i want to know what i could get for an exhaust that would sound good. i dont want it to sound ricey i want a smooth deep tone. any help would be nice.
i couldnt tell you cause i only run stock mufflers but it would be in your best intrest to conver to mpfi before buying an exhaust cause its really not gona do anything besides make noise.
mpfi is being peiced together as i speak. the stock exhaust has some leaks so i was just gonna put a performance exhaust on it so in the future if i turbo i wont have to upgrade. has anyone tried the exhaust leak kits you buy in stores??

IMO, options for quiet exhaust:
RSR Exmag II
Apexi World Sport 2
HKS Sport
i'm sure there are other quiet exhausts, but these are the main three that come to mind.

are they gonna sound good on a d15?? ive heard d15s with exhaust and they sound very ricey. i think they had resonators removed. as long as there is a resonator it shouls sound alright shouldnt it?? thx
there are videos on you tube of the above models I said. Search there and you can hear what they sound like. Even if you have a d15, the sound shouldn't be any different than any other motor.
