Default what performance upgrades are available for my car?

I have a 1995 civic ex coupe with a d16z6 in it. I have limited money but i want to make my car fast. What performance upgrades are available for my car for under 400 dollars. Or maybe you guys know something minor that i can do to improve my car. I dont know. thanks

try one on to see if the pattern is the same if so tighten everything down and turn the wheel back and firth if no rubbing then they fit
