Mine needs some minor bodywork - scuffs and a little bit of hail damage, but mostly stupid door dings from careless ******** I'm basically done with suspension, though I'd like to get some Z10 bars and I still need to finish off the poly bushing install (need a damn hydraulic press). Then a nice set of stoppers, and on to the engine mods big time.

What I had planned to do this summer was to pull the interior and remove the tar, but I'm planning to replace it with some high quality sound deadening (to eliminate the rattles). However, I think that $ might be a little tight for anything car related.

Eventually I'll pull the motor again and get the car repainted. I have an 02 Escape as the daily driver for my commute (95 miles each way!), so I don't rack up the miles on my del Sol. Its also nice to be able to take the del Sol off the road if I needed to.

I'd like to see pics of your Sol, nontec.......

Hey Pengo.....its pretty funny to see almost the exact same car!! Oh, and my paint is banged up to hell......but it'll be repainted in Captiva Blue and all the dings removed sometime......

15s on yours? 96 or 97?? What shade blue is that? I'm presuming you have either a 93-94 Si or S w/the 96+ front bumper, or a 96+ repainted in blue......wanna share info??

yea 15s. 94 with 97 front end. i used to love those fog lights cuz they were different, but then all these sols started showin up here so i wanted to be different from other sols. i like the smooth front now. and i like the lower opening better on the newer bumpers.

my engine isnt quite up to par as urs rite now
mines only an si, but the greddy kit should be coming as we speak

yea mine is captiva too. i think it was just really sunny that day. when it gets darker or like around sundown, my blue gets like how urs is in that pic too. i wanna get mine repainted cuz i got alotta scratches all around that no one else notices, but it bothers me to hell. i'll prob paint it captiva agn too. i love this color

 

oh yea, ur site is awesome man. most thorough and detailed one i've seen to this day
