need new tires, wht should i get?
well it's that time to change the tires on my car and just would like some opinion on what i should get. I'm looking for a tire that doesn't have a low tread life but still has some goo traction. I won't be taking my car to the track at all but i would still like to keep my feet planted in a turn and not go sliding all over the place. I have the stock tires on the car and they last about 30,000 miles on the car with my driving style. I was looking at the Nitto Noe Gen's but I was told that they have a low thread life and if I recall right they are for lowered cars. But also my price range is about $125-$130. So any advice would be helpful.
Bridgestone Potenza RE750 - good overall tire, good in wet/dry conditions
nitto nt555 - good in dry conditions, avg in wet conditions
falken azenis RT615 (may not be in your price range) - good in dry conditions, horrible in wet conditions, horrible treadwear
i think these are all in your price range

^ yup...worst tire for rain conditions
not only do they wear out fast, but once they are low tread, taking turns in the rain is fun lol

I just got some Yoko S. Drive's today. They are pretty nice, supposed to be really good in the wet weather as well. They have a very comfortable ride, are not twitchy, and are smooth too. I like them so far, I have about 100 miles on them.
