Default tire rubbing

I currently have 15" ITR rims on my 2000 civic HB, lowered with H&R race springs.
The tire size is 205/50/15 all around.

I have 3mm wheel spacers up on the front as well.

Anyway, I noticed that when I fully turn to left or right, the tire is rubbing against the body of the car (to the chassis). is this normal?? I mean, the 15" usdm ITR wheels are originally for EK CTR, which means it shouldn't be rubbing at all in the first place without any spacers, right? But then mine is lowered with no finger gaps up on the front so maybe it is rubbing because of that. Anyway, I would like to hear any opinions on my problems.

Did anyone ran into the same problem?? 5lug with USDM ITR wheels rubbing on inside to the chassis?
