97 Prelude SH... Car Won't Start

97 Prelude SH... Car Won't Start
Posting for a friend....
97 Prelude SH - Stock... car will crank but won't start..
We've replaced the spark plugs, wires, coil, and whole new dizzy. Tried a new Main Relay today....still no luck... Also, checked timing and all is lined up. Compression test was done too.
The spark plugs get soaked with fuel. We tested for spark and get it but seems faint on cylinders 1-3, but 4 seems the strongest..
Only other thing to replace is the ECU itself... anyone have ideas on what the heck is wrong???
