Probably a simple solution... but want opinions. B20B into EK
Hey everyone,
I've swapped my B20B into my EK sedan. It has an eg6 b16a gearbox, skunk2 IM, edelbrock header, ACT flywheel, exedy sports organic clutch, DA9 fuel rail and fpr, removed Evap stuff and is running an ODB1 P75.
Have no CELs, and have driven the car around abit, done compression test. It still idles funny. Haven't been able to do ignition timing because idles higher than normal. But after I've taken it for a drive and stop, it revs at 1500rpm... then creeps up to 2000rpm. But when I press on the brakes, it drops back to 1500rpm and creeps up again. Does this sound like a vaccum leak? Or does it sound like something else? I haven't touched the idle screw yet neither.
Appreciate some help! Cheers!

Are you sure all the vaccum lines are tight and in their correct place?
Also, a p75 (LS ecu) running a b20? Correct me if i am wrong, but wouldnt a 1.8liter ecu run a 2.0 liter motor a little bit on the lean side?

I've had a pretty good look and check of all the vaccum lines. My only thought is the IM itself because the flange for it is thicker than the standard one and isn't bolting on properly to the head. I'll have to check all the gaskets again just to be sure.
I've heard of many people using a P75 for there B20's. Guys with DA9's and DC4's throw B20s in them and run the same ecu, dizzy, IM etc...
You can run a b16 ecu on a b18 can't you? Be the same principle?
