Default Dust cover on koni+gc setup?

I want a dust cover on my 00' civic but dont think my factory will fit. I read about the steering boot dust cover but it didnt look too durable to me. Am i wrong or is there a better option?

dont want dirt and dust to gouge the shock rod.
