WHERE TYPE R's MADE IN 1999????????????????????????????
Im not to sure but were TypeR's made in 1999?
ive seen dealerships sell one as a 99 model, and im like they werent made in 99, so i thought!
so were they only a 99 in Japan or just in Canada and not US or no 99 at all?
like i know 2001 models in Canada came with Red Alcantara seats, so that means the 2001 US models stuck with the Black with Red stitching?
i check all over, i cant get specs for the 99 model (i know that all are basically the same +/- A/C ) and Wikipedia give detailed info on the Type R and they mention 1996-2001 and they put excluding 1999, so someone help me out PLZ

, Canada also retained CW in 2000 and PY in 2001. The PY in '01 did not have red seats.

The real reason why they didnt make any for the US in 1999 was because it would take sales away from the beloved 99 civic si. It was all about there marketing of the car.

so what about the 97-98 R's that they had? cause if that was the case, why did they make Si's and R's in 2000?
