If you're still looking... I have a set of 98+ OEM style replica front and rear bumpers. They are primed black and still in the original plastic shipping packaging. They have never been on the car at any point, not even test fitted. They are the exact same as factory 98+ OEM integra bumpers except they don't have the integra imprint on the right side. I am selling them for pretty cheap, $105 for the front + shipping, and the rear bumper for $120 + shipping. Also, if someone purchased them together I will knock off $10 and sell them for $215 + shipping.
