Default Ground Control Spring Rate question....

getting a helluva deal on a spring and shock combo....need some info on the GC springs that are included.....what does this mean....spring rates?

Eibach Springs: Front 180.64.61 (0700.250.0350) & Rear 180.64.44 (0700.250.0250)

just trying to undestand....any help is appreciated.

Alittle hostile there, you should thank him atleast he gave you a link for help. You created a useless thread when you could've took the time and found the answer by going to ground controls site or even googling something. This is site is slower to the 56kers thanks to posts like yours.

You didn't mention what car, what you'll use the car for, and many other very important parameters before posting your question. You really can learn everything you need to know by searching and learning about many options that are available to you. In the meantime, you'll also learn about camber, ride height, toe settings, ect. that are in the archives. Print them out and study it and you'll be able to answer all of you own questions.

Thanks man for the input....but after being over here in iraq for about 11 months now and buying every Sport Compact Car-Modified-SuperStreet-ImportTuner-HCI-HondaTuning from Dec 06' and on, I have definitely put some good reading in and on that note have read some GREAT Articles (most recently notable DEC 06' HondaTuning's Camber 101 article )

Also followed the entire 07' redline TA/Super Lap Battle series event for event.

I apologize for being an azzwhole but its a little tense overhere and well I just had a noobish moment ...and it's a funnyazz thing I have that same "should i buy springs or coilovers" page in my fav's at werk.

Thanks for the help guys...I'll be building a timeattack car for the 09' redline street class/super lap battle limited FF season and will be needing some questions answered...so ill be on the lookout for some helpful tips.
