are prelude exhausts interchangable with 5th gens?

are prelude exhausts interchangable with 5th gens?
I've seen quite a few nice exhausts around here for preludes ( 94-97ish) therefore i was wondering if they are same or not.. and if not how hard it'd be to fab one to work.
