They are pretty cheap new and easy to install yourself. I would buy a chipped ecu cheap and do it yourself. What are you looking to pay for one all done?

Neptune RTP is only $400 brand new for the system from any neptune rtp dealer. :-)

Hey I have a Neptune RTP w/P28 ECU 5spd for sale $600 Shipped. Works great runs on my car now, made 530whp with no problems.

I'll sell you an rtp board already setup inside a p28 ecu for $550 shipped if you're intersted. All you have to do is get it and load your map. Let me know.
