well, since there is no place for my question i figured i post here in the accord and classic forum.

i have a 1989 honda accord (carburated). for some reason i think my fast idle valve is stuck because the rpm's are at about 2.5-3K. is there something i can do to lower them. i have adusted the idle screw, but noting is working.

 

i'm thinking it's the fast idle. how hard is it to change?
