Blues are stock replacements and won't stand to a lowered car (from my experience). The blues I had started to leak after a few weeks on a 4th gen only lowered 1 1/2" or so.

Tokico blues have been good to me so far ... Dropped about 2.3" on all four corners with skunk2 coilovers and tokico blues ... Some say I've been lucky that the shocks have lasted this long ( 2 years ) on this drop. Ofcourse, I think that Tokico whites are a much better shock setup for any drop up to 2.2".

I had Tein Springs & Tokico Blues on my 96 240SX and it was a great set up! It made the handaling great and never had any problems! altho the Whites are just as good and better. But dont doubt the blues there good as well!

If you can don't get Tokico, and go straight to Koni or Bilstein. If you must buy Tokico, definitely get the Illuminas if your car is lowered. The Blue's are oem replacements.

I have the blues and eibach sportlines and I would not suggest it. A little too bouncy for my taste but not a terrible ride. I like something a little stiffer. I just got the blues to replace the blown POS no-name aftermarkets that came on mine when I bought it. I plan to go with ground control and konis shortly. At the time I didn't have the funds to do what I wanted. Now I do. New job FTW!

BLUES suck!!!! i speak from experience. They blew out in like 2000 miles with tein s tech springs which is a 1.5inch drop. Get the tokico illummnas which are the white ones they work great

well i had the blues on a civic for 4 years, just fine, oem springs. Currently, I have the Eibach Pro-kit & Blue's on my Solara ( 6 months ) and not one issue. Very happy with them both & would reccommend to others.
