Default Header/exhaust Question

I live in Alabama, we have no emissions testing, and I was just wondering how loud my car would be with the DC sports race header, and the HKS hi-power exhaust. I was trying to sell the exhaust, because I thought it would be way to loud, but noone seems interested in buying it. I wanted to get something that would be a little quieter, but since I haven't had any luck selling it, I may just put it on my car. Thanks.

Throw it on if you have no emissions laws. It won't be that bad.

I have heard one with the DC headers and it sounds deep and gets kinda loud in the VTEC range. Im looking to get one myself so i have looked at it a lot.

Loud at the point where you can hear it both at low rpms and high rpms.

Replace your exhaust with a GReddy Evo2.

I was lookin at maybe the Spoon N1, it says it about as big as the OEM exhaust, so it shouldnt be to loud should it? I also don't want something that looks like a 5 gallon drum underneath my car ya know.

You are correct. The tip is 65mm, same size as stock, providing a subtle appearance.

Combined with your DC race header, the tone ranges from extremely deep, bass-like, to the high-pitched purr once VTEC engages.

At most cruising rpms, the sound can barely be heard at all.

Ok, but how loud will it be? I want it to have that deep sound, and be kinda quiet, not where you can hear me coming from 50mi away. Thats why I was lookin at the Spoon N1 exhaust, cuz its the same size as the stock exhaust, but if I do that, I need to sell my HKS catback.
