Default Need help, car is dead

My car is dead, the taillights come on but that is it. No headlights, no radio, no crank when I turn the key. I thought it was the battery but that wasn't it. The fuses in the fuse panel look ok too. Any help would be awesome. I am in a bind. 1993 civic

Did you pull out the 15amp fuse in the upper right hand side of the fuse box in the engine bay and check it by eye to make sure?

Here is what's up.

Car won't do anything when I turn the key. The headlights and taillights won't work, but the break lights and Emergency flashers do. The Dome light and power locks won't work, but the horn does. Nothing happens when I turn the key to ACC or ON, no radio or clock. I checked the fuses in the engine bay and inside. Everything looks ok. Is there some kind of relay?

I don't know where else to look.

Thanks

I'd start by checking the terminals on the battery and connections to them. Make sure they are free of corrosion, same with the battery leads, hit them with a little dialectric grease or vaseline, then reinstall.

New battery so I don't think that is the issue. I get power to the horn, brakelights, and emergency flashers.

Is there instructions for removing the main relay? I googled it but couldn't find anything solid.
