Looking to make a custom aluminum radiator. Anyone know a company locally that I can purchase aluminum cores from? If not locally, who else can I contact?

there is a place in south salem. we just got a custom aluminum radiator made, along with tanks, for our blown 34 ford hot rod coupe. let me know if you want the phone number, im not sure if youd want to travel that far.

they have cores, they can make custom cores, they can make a whole radiator with tanks also.


edit: 2/2 just got our custom radiator back, not bad at all for 175!

Give me a call Andy... we just had a custom radiator made for our FSAE car. Plus I know someone who can weld aluminum pretty well and could make it work in your car

 

^ We used an off-the-shelf radiator actually. It just happened to be sized right with the endtank design we needed. They might do custom cores and endtanks. Its mostly sprint-car stuff.

Not for me bro, my C&R is perfect We have our own tig welder to do the aluminum. We just don't do manifolds like you do.

Anyways, I can't wait to see my manifold your making for me. U should have the parts anyday now.
