Default Custom Exhaust Thread (anything but bolt on)

Just lookin to see what type of off the cuff things people have done with their exhausts....

I saw some cool stuff.... Dual center exhaust on an EK
Funny stuff ----EF with tractor trailer pipe out the side

it was only that low because of the beaks bar. the first one pictured is the same idea but i had more room because the asr plate sits higher.
