head torque settings???
1989 honda civic
i want to know the torque settings for the head.
yes i did search , somthing about helms or some bull but no one actually said the settings plz help thanks

Helms is the factory service repair manual.
You can find them at places like CRX Resource for free.
I'd recommend it, it's real helpful. Which engine, BTW?

this is what alldata is sayin
cylinder head bolts.. first step all 10 bolts...20 N.m 14 ft. lb
second step all 10 bolts 49 N.m 36 ft.lb
third step all 10 bolts....67 N.m 49 ft.lb
forth step bolts 1&2....67 N.m 49 ft.lb
again thats straight from alldata hope this helps
