can i swap gears in b series trannys say a b18a tranny and a b16a tranny to get a one of a kind tranny because i know that the b16a's tranny gears are to short for the b18a motor to get up to a good high way speed with out working the motor to death so by chance can i swap the last couple of gears for a better high way speed

mines in at the shop now, king is putting in a ls 5th gear, in a b16 tranny..

 

nice! well this gear swap help the car not run as hard on the highway with out killing my take off speed i still want to kill at the track!!!!
