Default hey guys gota few questions about suspension stuff

so i posted in the suspension section as well but no one ever got back to me. basically i have 3 questions. what would i need to buy to replace my front suspension? do any companies have some packages instead of having to buy all the parts separately? last question is what would the best brand be? i know this must seem like really stupid questions to ask but i dont know anything about suspension things or brands. thanks for all the help!!!

i dont think ive seen many packages but buying full coil-overs will save you from buying springs and shocks seperate

tein and function form are some more brands for coilovers

Full coilovers are strut/spring combos in one piece. Like skunk2 (crappy IMHO), Omnipower, and D2

...what he said...if all u want is springs and struts without buying them seperatly then yes u would want a coilover kit. if all ur gonna do is use ur car as a dd or drag u wont need much suspension work...

yep..that's all you need...get the Tein Basic Damper or Omni Power..but if you want to get lowered springs, make sure you get the shocks that match with the spring's rate otherwise you will ride with blown shocks in couple months..coilover is way to go if you don't wanna deal with the whole matching springs and shocks thing cause they are made to work together....do it once,do it right....i learned my lesson in hard way.

You should search around in the suspension forums. I'm sure the "What do I need to lower my car?" question has been cover a gazillion times. Same thing for best suspension companies/products.

try a more popular site like weaksauce or jhpusa.com. check out omnipower, p.i.c., gc/koni yellow, function and form, and d2. i have skunk2 pro series coilovers and for the money they pretty much suck.
