95 accord no start
daughter apparently had stuck thermostat going to work at ten below last week.
split top radiator tank.
says she drove 2 miles after overheating noticed.
car started when I got to it but did not idle correctly revving up and slowing down cyclically after getting coolant back into it. Less than a gallon of coolant was lost.
A friend of hers offered to replace radiator and theromostat but could not start the vehicle and so trailered it to garage where the work was done.
I talked to the young man who claims he checked the compression and it's good.
When I started it before car was moved no white smoke symptom of blown head and he says the oil on dipstick looks normal..
Why no start now?

OK we think it's a LX
4 door sedan 6 cylinder. Cranking fine good strong battery.
Three things I see to check
1) gas in tank & not icing ( test fuel pressure & pump)
2) Temp sensor purported location under distributor
3) ground wire on thermostat housing bolt
4) main relay and ignition switch.
Any others I've missed ?

This is kind of hard to second guess what someone else may have done while working on the car.
Alarm system?
Spark when cranking?
Fuel pressure after key is on for 3 seconds?
Injectors ticking while cranking?
FWIW the idle will be surging if the coolant is not reaching the FITV to warm it.
Like the block needs burped
