Default Lowest sliders/rails for DC2/DC5 jdm recaro seats

Is there anyone that currently has either or of these sliders/rails? I'm looking for the lowest seating position possible and these are the one's that I found that would work on the jdm recaro's all the pics I found in searches no longer work.

MemoryFab

http://www.memoryfab.com/produ...ies_5/

Vision

http://www.jhpusa.com/catalog/...69820

Any help would be greatly appreciated and pics help even more, looking for the lowest seating position possible without going custom. If it helps I'm 6'1.

Thanks in advance

I would get the Memory Fab over the Vision because the Vision only locks on one rail. The Memory Fab looks like it locks on both rails.

Hey bro! Hope everything is well.

My USDM SRDs are currently on the Bride MO Type rails. They place the seat roughly 2" lower than stock, which I've actually measured. The fit / alignment is spot on, the construction is very solid, and the slider adjustment is very smooth and locks into place with minimal hassle.

The driving position is optimized, and the steering wheel no longer cuts off sight of the gauges. I'm 5"10 and I have tons of room to spare, even with a helmet.

I'd recommend the Brides because I have experience with them. I'm not a fan of Bride seats, but they make a solid rail / slider system.

If you're looking in the spring, and I have my car out, you're more than welcome to take a seat and see if they work for you

There's one more option

I used a sparco brackect and had the rear mount cut down lower and rewelded. Picked up about 1.5 inches but still higher than the comparable vision low down mount.

Wildout,

Beware JHPUSA.COM

They dont take credit card orders from Canadians. They asked me for a money order or cashiers check. This is like sending cash, you have no recourse if something goes foul.

I run the memfab rails on the driver side under my JDM Recaro. Lowered about an inch, maybe more. Definitely helps out since I'm 6' tall and with a helmet on it gets a little cramped. Now it's perfect.

Thanks Ryan, I'll look into the Bride MO's, where did you end up buying them from if you don't mind saying?

I've never ran into the problem of the steering wheel cutting off sight to the gauge cluster though, do you still have your oem wheel?

JHPUSA doesn't take credit card orders from canadian's that's stupid, I'll email them and see if they take paypal maybe.

Thanks for the replies so far, is there any quality issues with either of these rails?

I'm 6'1'' and I have the vision one touch sliders for my jdm Recaros. I love how low they sit but I do wish they locked on both sides but it really isn't that big of a deal, I hardly ever notice it.

im using the buddy club low down rails with my seat, im short and only about 5'6 so its actually kind of low for me but its not to bad. Good quality though. But $150 for just one side.

I'm 6'2" and I use the Vision One Touch sliders. I get them from ICB for $185 for both sides (driver and passenger) and its very well worth it.

They say paypal from U.S. accounts only. Gay!

i have the vision super low bracket on a bride bucket, i have them on the highest setting and they are pretty low, on the lowest setting, it was way too low,
it is a little weird that they only lock on one side but you don't notice, and how often do you really adjust your seat?

Just get the sparco mounts and have them cut and rewelded, it is very simple. I had mine done at Gilman Auto in Scarborough.
