Hit local junkyards, Honda-Tech classified ads and check out ebay to find the OEM parts you need. It's going to take time, patients and lots money to get the parts. The ref is going to be by the book and if they see anything wrong, they won't pass you.

 

my homeboy had a lot of fix-it tickets last year. he had a 95 LS and all he had was a sock for an intake, and apexi N1 axle back. CA cops are d1cks. you in the bay area too! i got to school in the bay.

 

i got one too in the past its a bitch to fix... all the modifciation you named you have to put back to stock i went to the fullteron city college to ref. my eg or you can always pay the fine which is like 775 bucks depending on the city..
