Default First swap

So, im thinking about doing my first swap ever. I currently have a b18c5 in a 95 hb si. Im thinking about putting a d16z6 in, sell the car, and by a vx or cx.

I tried searching, but i guess "motor swap" are to common in google and in the search bar, resulting in a bunch of other stuff to show up. If anybody know any site with good information, please send a link.

Doing the swap a months or so, so i got plenty of time to read.

TIA

why not sell it with the b18c5 in it? i would buy it. lol unless your gonna take it out and keep it for the other hatch. imo i would stay with the si hatch.

No way. I love my motor. Runs to good to get rid off.
I mostly want to do this for learning experience..

its a learning experience thats a pain in the ***...and i went from a d15b8 to a d16z6. let alone you changing....motor, tranny, mounts, shift linkage, harness (if you have one) and a bunch of other things. but it is a good learning experience. just take your time and make sure everythings done the right way the first time. thats NOT what i did and my car has got some issues now. lol and i dont blame you for keeping the c5.

If you really want some hands on learning experience, go to your local wrecking yard and just start unbolting an engine. That way, you can do whatever and not worry about ruining things. Then, if you still want to pull your motor and sell the car etc, you'll already have some sort of experience in removing the motor.
