Default wiring questions

I have a 90 CRX and a 90 Civic hatch. I am putting a mini me ( Z6 on A6 ) in my completely gutted crx. But my crx has no wiring harness. Would it be easy to convert my useless civic hatch wiring to mpfi and use it in my crx or just find another wiring harness?

man, swapping chassis harnesses is a bitch, I don't envy the job ahead of you. Yeah, it would be possible to swap the harness over to the crx but its going to have about 8" of slack in the mid section of your car since the hatchback harness is built for a longer wheelbase. Not sure how many plugs you will find that are different than they should be... big thing that comes to mind is the rear hatch portion of the harness, going to be totally different shape for crx than civic... but if your building something mainly for track then I suppose this idea will work fine... The dpfi to mpfi conversion is easy, not worth buying anything from rywire for this IMO. But if it was me I'd just look for a crx si at the junkyard and pull the wiring headlight to taillight. make sure its the right year though, there are a lot of plug differences from 88-89 to the 90-91
