Pulsation dampner screw?

I am pretty sure he is referring to the fuel pulsation dampener on the fuel rail, which is connected to the inlet at the banjo fitting, which has a plastic cover over it.
The real question is why anyone would mess with it or remove the screw, and subsequently lose it?

Touché good sir. If I had to guess, which I do, fuel would leak from the dampener.
It's a bump anyways if you haven't found out yet.
