wait. You asking about the nut. Go to a honda dealership and ask for the rear strut bolt from a majority of any honda. They all should work

if you don't want to hassle with finding a new one and you have an impact gun just use that and it should take it right off i've done this on a couple different cars and its worked fine the nut breaks off cleanly too

Hmm, the stock ones should NOT be welded on. There is a "nut" looking piece on the other end of the "fork" that's spot welded on, but that stays put. Take a look at the other side of the "fork" and that's the bolt that you remove. It's a 17mm.

^he's looking for the nut that that bolt goes into i'm assuming he's installing coilovers and they do not come include this nut so you need to either remove the stock nut or find a new one

usually, but don't quote me, higher end (flag ship) coil overs come with a spot weld locking nut onto the shock body just like OEM strut and shock. My BuddyClub RSD's came w/ these nuts spot welded already, but the BuddyClub N+Specs, you had to get buy a seperate nut for the lower shock bolt at each end. JIC FLTA2's also came with spot weld lock nuts onto the shock body, but the JIC FLTA1's you had to buy the shock nuts for on the rears.

Just go to the dealership, they always have these in stock. and there cheap.
