Any D16Z engine builders in the PA area?

Can anyone recommend an reputable engine builder for a D16Z in the PA area? I just need it rebuilt to stock specs, nothing overzealous.

And of course inexpensive

But be sure to find a shop that has done Honda engines before. I've heard the old saying, 'aww sure, we do anything'. Great, they do anything, but they don't do anything right!
