Got a civic with a b18c type r in it and out of nowhere its making this knocking noise when it idles for like 5 seconds. also when im barely pushing the gas down it does it, but now when im not gassing it or pushing it down a decent bit. any help on what this might be and how much it may cost.

also the sound is coming from the head but i can feel it in my gas pedal.

 

more then likely a spun bearing... were you running low on oil by any chance??

Basically take your motor out and give it to a machine shop and pay a **** ton of money for being dumb and not checking your oil.

 

Oil light is broken and for whatever reason my car sucked up 2 quarts of oil in like 800 miles
