Must be in working condition with no abnormatilies or problems.
MUST be from either a 1997 or 1998 Honda Prelude Type SH.
All type SH's have a Manual transmission.

Basically, this code has to be enscribed on the side of it.

Doesn't necessarily need to be L03, could also be A03 (A for USA, L for Canada, etc.)
Last letter, "3" in this case, is firmware version.
0=Manual 5=Automatic
P5P=Type SH
P5M=Base Model
P5P isn't the same as P5M, I have both in front of me right now to confirm that. Some components are missing from the base model version.
