that website doesn't really answer my question, and im going to go with a beaks subframe reinforcement... the only write-up that i've found doesn't show any fabrication. but from what ive heard from friends or other h-ter is that theres some holes that need to be drilled???
I'm not sure if its a direct bolt on application, but I would assume so. You will find threads of subframe tearout with larger swaybars using the Beaks kit. None so far for ASR and I love my ITR/ASR combo. You really should look into it. Good luck!

nevermind i did some research on tearout, that sounds pretty shitty. but will i experience subframe tearout with a beaks subframe brace and neuspeed tie bar braces?
I am not saying you will. There are plenty of people who use the Beaks kit and are fine. It would probably behoove you to spend less money on one piece of bracing rather than buy a Beaks kit and Neuspeed braces. With this being said, the Beaks kit would probably be fine for daily driving, but if the car will be under any hard cornering and/or tracked often, you might want to look into the ASR brace. There hasen't been one bad review ive seen, and they look great. Just a little extra food for thought...

Im not completely sure but if the del sol is just like an eg, than it should be a direct bolt on except for the fact that the holes arent threaded for the brace so you have to add 4 nuts and bolts through the sub frame

There's a possibility. I've heard tearouts more with the "EK" chassis than the "EG" chassis, which your Sol is based on. IMO, I would go with the ASR brace for a better piece of mind.

thanks everybody for your input, the only reason im set on beaks is because its part of a kit im buying off a buddy which includes the beaks subframe brace, neuspeed tie braces, the sway bar and all hardware. but asr is something i will definately look into upgrading to. and <TABLE WIDTH="90%" CELLSPACING=0 CELLPADDING=0 ALIGN=CENTER><TR><TD>Quote, originally posted by DC2Projektz »</TD></TR><TR><TD CLASS="quote">Im not completely sure but if the del sol is just like an eg, </TD></TR></TABLE> yes it is i just call it an EH because i dont live in Japan haha. so are you saying that i have to drill 4 holes?
no you dont have to drill 4 holes, there are already 4 holes but they arent threaded so you cant just add bolts. You have to put bolts through the subframe, add the brace and bolt it down with some lock nuts. hope this helps.
