ok so i just got done with my ls swap into my crx and i have a long extension of wire that splices off the radiator fan wires for the ac fan (which i dont have anymore) so i have like a foot n a half of wire, can i just cut that off where it splits from the harness without throughing a check engine light? would i have to sodder them together?

 

you can cut the wires off for the ac fan and for the ac compressor, but do not solder them together. Just put a piece of heat shrink or tape up the ends of each of them.
