Just curious in it for a swap and need to know if i need a new harness

 

usdm 1992 cx/dx/vx harness = d16z6
usdm 1993+ cx/dx/vx harness = missing vtec pressure, vtec signal

jdm d15b harness = rhd, where the d16z6 is LHD

 

it all should match up though shouldnt it, wihtout have to buy a new harness

 

the d15b harness also has a one wire O2 sensor instead of a 4 wire, and the fire wall plug will be on the drivers side (US vehicles) instead of the passenger

usdm 1993+ cx/dx/vx harness = missing vtec pressure, vtec signal

the VX harness hass the vtec pressure and signal and also has a 5 wire O2 hookup

 

What year and model is this going into?
If its a model that already has a Vtec engine there is nothing to worry about.If its a non vtec model then you will have to wire up the Vtec and Oil Pressure sensors.As for the O2 sensor it should work without a problem.Just use a 4 wire with a P28 and you'll be fine.That's what im running.So basically you really don't need no harness.Someone here said D15B was RHD but I installed mine into my LX with no prob,only thing I did was wire up the Vtec.
