Default JDM ITR 5 Lug Caliper touching the Rotor

Long story short, I have two sets(yes TWO) of 5 lug, USDM and JDM ITR.

I wanted to keep 32mm axles so I bought USDM and swapped the calipers. So basically I am using USDM kunckle with JDM calipers in the front.

I noticed that USDM and JDM front calipers are different. JDM one one larger than USDM ITR's. (there was number in the back of the caliper where JDM is +1 higher than USDM, ie, 39 USDM 40 JDM)

Ive noticed that the rotor and the caliper are touching. The rotor and the pads are brand new btw. pads are for USDM ITRs

here is a pic of it.

any ideas??

Have you tried swapping the usdm itr calipers over to see if thaf fits better? Honestly, why not stick with the usdm itr setup and sell the jdm itr 5 lug rather to mismatched the parts and not have it fit correctly? The only other thing i can think of is the caliper brackets, did you swap the jdm ones over as well?

PROBLEM SOLVED!

it was the caliper brackets. JDM have T23 while USDM have T25. I switched the brackets and it cleared without problems.

BTW, why is JDM and USDM different? T25 is USDM ITR's bracket right?
