i am new to the honda word and am about to get a very clean 1989 honda civic hatchback si with a 1.6 liter and a 5sp i want to know he wants 1500 for the car it needs nothing is it worth it? what should i expect for mpg please help

mpg can vary greatly depending on the condition of the engine, and mods and what not. If its stock, and you dont drive eratically expect mid to high 30's.
