First you must write a formal letter to your local congressman. From there he will then forward it to the Attorney General's office. After that you will be scheduled for a formal hearing to evaluate whether probable cause exists to remove you from "trial" status.

If it is determined that you are eligible to be removed you will then have to appear before an official review board consisting of 30 members. You will answer various questions ranging from politics to sports to environmental issues.

The board will then evaluate your responses and determine the appropriate action to take.

If you are selected to be removed from your status...you will then be required to buy ALL H-T members a bottle of Crown. Upon receipt you will be removed from trial status!

RICO you forgot to mention the dues. there is a $50 payment due to a small # of HT member before noob status is removed. im not sure who is supposed to receive the fund's but you can start with, type X' cnyej1, RICO, hondamanforlife, im sure that I have missed some names. they're are a few more that need to collect im sure they will chime in . all is payable via PAY PAL. welcome to HT. nothing is free and good advise don't come cheap!
