so im drivin along n hit a big chain in the road an my rpm, mph, an engine temp needles all die... gas gauge still works.. any ideas? turn signals r out too....
Have you looked under your hood to see if there's any damage or busted fuses? Maybe I should use my mental abilities to diagnose exactly what happened without having to leave my home. Hold on...
Did it work? No? Okay, then go out and take some pictures of the underside and engine bay of your car and get back to us.

Hopefully something was just knocked loose from the impact and not actually destroyed.
And from hitting something under the car, there's not many electrical things that could have been hit, yanno? My guess is that you hit it so hard you literally knocked a fuse loose. I'm not sure why the gas guage still works and nothing else, but since the turn signals are out too....Just do a quick check in the fuse boxes for the appropriate fuses and hope for the best. Check the underhood fuse box as well, and see if any wires are literally ripped and hanging anywhere. Good luck brotha!
