Is white the best color for a poor paint job?
I suck at paint, but I've dont it a few times. So far I've dont black and red, but it seems that those are hard colors to paint since they show flaws. I remember someone telling me that I should paint white since its does not show as flaws as much.
Thanks
Nick

use white. it does not show flaws as much but the down side it is a little harder to paint then black or red. but if you take your time and let the paint setup before each coat you will not run it

then "dont" paint it yourself, duh?
black is easy to paint, it's very forgiving. what's not forgiving about black is that it should poor prep work

you don't sounds like you are ready for a half decent paint job.
yes primer please, and you need so many prepwork before you can begin to primer your car

thanks for the tips. Ive skipped the primmer most of the time, but I painted the cars the same color.
Yea I know I suck, but a bad one color car is better than a multicolor car.

all ive got to say is trial and error...the best way to learn...take tips and do it on your own...you'll figure out what works for you...and yes 7 head is right darker colors are not hard to paint...its all in how prep work is...but if you are not worried bout it then go for it...i am no pro myself but i just went for it...
