I know this is a silly question but I have no idea how to PM someone and if someone would like a free shot at burning me here it is please walk me through how to PM someone and you will be a life saver.

 

So, you haven't played with yourself yet? You know, tickled those little icons that are down below the main body?........

 

Technically, there is no "PM". Under someones avatar or name there is a button that looks like a speech balloon and inside it says "IM". Click the "IM" button and the "IM" window pops up. You send your msg. Later, when you get a response, the window will open in another Explorer window, like a pop-up.

Toad will lock this thread and rightfully so. I'm sure this is covered somewhere. Next time post in the "General Knowledge" forum. Good Luck!

You can always go to a persons profile and click on the "Send Instant Message to (insert member name here)" link.

 

alright that makes sense so even though the user is offline when they sign onto honda-tech they get their pm/ message automatically

Yes, unless they have pop-up blocker or something similar, they should get the PM when they are back Online.
