Civic 92 a/c problems

My a/c works well, but I cannot control air direction.When I push bottoms the lights works but the air comes always from the same direction
(sorry for my english, but I'm italian)

i believe most of the time the side vents are almost always on
correct me if im wrong. wouldnt be climate control idk.

the problem is that air comes always from the same place, I cannot change the direction, like under feet, in front..

that climate control unit is a pain in the butt to remove.
