My Civic's gone! Sold an hour ago to a kid from SoCal...drove up here without seeing my car in person but had been a follower all these years. When he found out that my car was for sale, he immediately sold his EG hatch 2 days ago and made me a reasonable offer...of course it's not always enough since we've had the car from day 1 and dropped serious time and money into it... It'll be missed!
Wow. That thing was/is the ultimate EF/ED lol. Beautiful little machine. Hopefully the new owner uses it accordingly. I mean it was built to race right? On the track of course
This week I will be saying bye to my Si as well, and will be picking up an EM1.
That being said. I am awaiting the flurry of people who will be terribly disturbed that this post does not involve "EF Tech."
BTW, what's your new project?

Nothing big...just adding turbo to my Miata...BEGI has a bolt on kit putting out over 200whp, smog legal
To keep up with the blue car in my garage

Good deal. I had a 92 C option package (known as the early SE), but it was just my daily beater and didn't mod it (I had my BMW 2002 project at the time). I would love an sr20det swapped miata, but after getting my hood popped, I'd rather stay legal as well.
Good luck with your Miata.

Sadly, this kid who bought my car broke the motor within a week (spun rod bearing). I gave him another built block to help him out (LS block, ITR pistons, balanced). To make long story short, he still owes me $1000 and won't return my calls nor answer his phone!!!

You should have screened the buyers bro. Where does he live, I'll break his ******* legs.
Sad to see the car go. It's an inspiration for my ED7. Thanks for always sharing your progress.

Well, he seemed decent enough to drive 300+ miles with cash on hand... He was having $$ problems so I told him to give me $6500 and the other $1K in a week...since I couldn't find the pink slip and I needed to get a copy from the DMV.
