Default Throttle body questions

I've got a jdm b16a with a type r intake manifold and stock t/b. will an STR 68mm t/b make any difference? Also what do I do about the FITV. I did some research and did not find the answer I was looking for having the ITR manifold.

Upgrading to a 68mm throttle body is not going to yield the results you're looking for...unless the car is tuned for the extra air AND can make efficient use of it, you're just wasting your money. IMO, there are better ways to spend that money and time....if you want a more detailed description, go to the FI forums and search "throttle body tech" and you'll find my elaborate description of why or why not this would be a good/ bad choice
