EG - H Swap.. What do I need?

EG - H Swap.. What do I need?
Maybe the title is a little misleading.. But
B's are cake when it comes to the timing belt, but what all will I ACTUALLY need for an H?
Right now I have. Timing Belt, Balance Shaft Belt, Water Pump, Front and rear main seal, Plugs, Cap, Rotor.
What tensioner stuff do I need. I see that H22's have an automatic tensioner set up, does all that need replaced? What really really needs to be replaced, I am going to steer away from a manual tensioner setup, unless someone can make me believe/prove to me that its better in every way.
