Default H22a swap into a 5th gen. External coil to internal.

Im just making shure i got this right. Because all the old posts that came up were almost all on the cb7's (not shure if the wiring is diffrent) and the links that i needed were all dead. And the the external coil to internal coil links in the faq page is to change a external dizzy to a internal dizzy.

The jdm h22a im getting has an Internal coil. But im a cheap **** and want to utlize the internal h22a dizzy. I searched on google and what i came up with is, i have to remove my stock external coil, and wire the thick Black/Yellow striped wire to the Thick soild Yellow wire together, and there both on the external coil plug.

The information i gatherd was from hondaswap.com and im not shure its correct.

Im not lookin for an answer, i just want to make shure i have the correct info.

Eric

Yes, this is correct. You are going to want to splice the yellow and yellow/black wires together. I believe there may also be a black/white wire, this wire is not needed.
