unplugged control unit unknown?

unplugged control unit unknown?
their is a "computer" sitting directly behind the center console on my lx sedan .... if your looking at the car ecu its to the left on the hump directly behind the cd player all the ways up against the firewall and one of the clips is plugged into it and the green clip is not what is this for?

do you have motorized seatbelts? If so that sounds like the brain for it, I had a 90-93 integra and it had something like that in a similar location

maybe thats why my 4dr's seat belts dont work. Do yours?
