I went looking at pictures of the Skunk2 IM and I'm assuming it's one solid welded piece? If so, I don't think the SC will work because it the JRSC kit uses an intake adapter plate that replaces the stock H22 upper intake manifold so the charger can mount. The pics I'm seeing of the Skunk2s doesn't seem to be possible for mounting. Anyone else have some input?

yes you will need the stock intake manifold. The supercharger replaces the top portion of the manifold, and the skunk 2 i believe is one piece. heres a picture of my engine bay with the s/c hope that helps you out.

The JRSC kit puts the charger where the plenum of a regular IM would go. You can't run any IM with it, since the charger itself essentially becomes the IM.
